Partner news Edinburgh icon, The Dome, is celebrating the city’s Fringe Festival with a festival of its own – a range of cocktails, with names reflecting Fringe performances over the years. Created by The Dome’s bar manager, the cocktail list features five cocktails, including ‘Dance of Steel Drums’, which combines Angostura 1919, mango puree, lime and chili syrup.
