Chef, Roberta Hall McCarron and Shaun McCarron, of Ardfern, The Little Chartroom and Eleanore restaurants have launched Ardfern Provisions, a product range of sauces and pantry staples.
Inspired by the flavours and home comforts of Ardfern restaurant, the range has begun this month, with two sauces: nori hot sauce and brown sauce, in 240ml bottles, priced at £7.50 per bottle.
Paired with oysters across the restaurants and used in the Ardfern Bloody Mary, the nori hot sauce combines the heat of green chillies with the umami flavour of Japanese nori seaweed. A brunch staple at Ardfern, Roberta’s brown sauce uses apples, prunes and onions to produce a soft, fruity condiment. Both sauces are bottled at the restaurant.
Ardfern provisions are available to buy at Ardfern and online. More products will be released throughout 2026.
