Edinburgh-based Southside Property Management is celebrating after being voted regional agency of the year (Scotland) at The Negotiator Awards 2025.
The Southside team was presented with the trophy at a ceremony at Grosvenor House on Park Lane in London. It proved to be a night to remember for founder John Davidson and his team, whose client base of landlords in the capital continues to grow.
Not only did the firm land the regional gold medal, but it also picked up a bronze in the property-management department of the year category and was highly commended in the property management company of the year section.
While Southside is predominantly a long-term rental company, it also provides short-term let services during the Edinburgh Festival:
“It goes without saying that we are immensely proud to be recognised in this way,” said John:
“Our dedicated team works extremely hard to maintain the highest standards of customer service and this award is theirs. To be voted regional agency of the year is a huge honour for us and underlines the consistently high level of work that everyone at Southside puts in day in, day out.
“We were also delighted with our bronze medal in the property-management department of the year category – another great achievement, considering there were 27 companies up for the award.
“As we prepare to move into 2026, our aim is to keep raising the bar even higher.”
The awards, for estate and letting agents, their suppliers and the broader residential-property industry, have been running for 18 years. Judging is undertaken by industry leaders and experts.
