Edinburgh Business and Lifestyle brings you news about Edinburgh’s successful and interesting businesses, from the big corporates, through to smes, micro businesses and freelancers, across all sectors.

We also share news of what's on, where to go and what to do, and about the top restaurants and bars in the city and beyond.

News is free, but everything else is sponsored (to keep the news free).

Space for news is limited, so we don’t publish every story we receive – and there’s a limit on how much free news we share about each individual business, to provide as much variety as possible.

How to share your news ​

If you’d like us to share your news, which must be recent, please send us a press release, to hello@businesslifeedinburgh.com,  along with a headshot or other photography and the name of the photographer or owner of the photography.  We don’t accept adverts as news. We also don't accept social-media posts or links to website content for news stories (unless it's a press release on your website).  

If you haven’t written a press release before, there are lots of templates on the internet and you might also find ChatGPT or other AI helpful.

​​If we contact you about your news and you’d like to participate, but don’t have a press release, we’ll send you questions.

​

We don’t accept news or answers to questions by phone or offer  phone interviews, discovery calls or have online or in-person meetings, to discuss your news.

​​Advice on sharing your news 

​​If you’d like further guidance on how to get press coverage in our magazine or in other publications, you can make a booking with us, for an hour of professional, expert advice (this is not free). We don't offer ongoing PR consultancy or implementation.
