The Palmerston collaboration with London’s Noble Rot

London’s Noble Rot, which has restaurants, as well as wine bars in Mayfair, Soho and Bloomsbury, is collaborating with The Palmerston restaurant in Edinburgh on a special lunch and dinner service, on Thursday 12 November.

 

Noble Rot is taking its ‘On Tour: Cooking with Friends’ series to Edinburgh, joining forces with The Palmerston’s team for an afternoon and evening of food and wine.

 

Adam Wood, head chef at the Mayfair restaurant, will join The Palmerston team to create a menu featuring some of Noble Rot’s signature dishes, including comté tart; braised turbot with Alsace bacon and oxidised Meursault; and Chartreuse ice cream.Noble Rot co-founder Dan Keeling will be pouring wines featured in his new book, Pick Your Bottles: 100 Wines to Change the Way You Drink, to be published on 5 November.  Signed copies will be available to buy during the event.
