Glasgow YOTEL on the market
Specialist business-property adviser Christie & Co has been instructed to market the hotel trading as YOTEL Glasgow.
The recently developed hotel features 257 contemporary bedrooms in a prominent city-centre location, directly opposite Glasgow Central station at the corner of Argyle Street and Hope Street.
The hotel also has a top-floor bar and restaurant, VEGA, which was refurbished in 2025 and features a four-lane bowling alley alongside panoramic views across the Glasgow skyline.
YOTEL recently announced a collaboration with Hilton, with effect from September, which Christie & Co said could be beneficial for the hotel’s purchaser.
Ed Fitch, senior director – hotels at Christie & Co commented: “The hotel represents a rare opportunity to acquire a significant hotel in one of the most visible Glasgow locations, with a new, modern and well-designed product, and further upside deliverable as a result of the recent brand tie-up.”
The hotel is being offered for sale on a price on application basis.
