Fundpath appoints chief insight officer and chief AI officer

Specialist data-intelligence platform Fundpath, which supports fund distribution within asset management and wealth management has announced two leadership appointments.

Edinburgh-based Stuart McGlynn has joined as chief insight officer. In this newly created role, he will focus on harnessing wealth-management relationships and strategic foresight to ensure the company’s growth is rooted in authentic engagement with the industry.

David Courtier-Dutton steps in as Fundpath’s fractional chief AI officer, another newly created role, which will add momentum to the company’s data-innovation strategy.

The creation of these complementary roles reflects Fundpath’s belief, that real intelligence comes from connection – between people, systems and insight. Together, Stuart and David will work across teams to shape an operating model that is powered by people, enriched by data and driven by precision.

Stuart began his career in 1998, joining Standard Life Investments through its graduate scheme. Over the years, he progressed into senior sales roles, including sales investment director, and was appointed head of EMEA – global banks at abrdn. He then joined private-markets platform Titanbay in 2023 as head of intermediary sales, responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with private banks and wealth managers across the UK and Europe.

David brings more than 25 years of strategic leadership experience across public and private technology-driven businesses to his new role. He will help scale Fundpath, harnessing cutting-edge AI tools and methodologies to drive both innovation and operational efficiency.
