A new, online magazine for and about businesses of all sizes, in Edinburgh and beyond

Social enterprise, Edinburgh Food Social (EFS), is running a ‘fun with flour’ cookery class on Saturday 15 March, from 11am-3pm.
The class is for anyone who wants to be more confident about cooking with flour and to learn the basics of pasta, bread and baking. It costs £80 per person to attend.
The pasta cookery will include learning how to make filled pasta and tagliatelle. The sauce will depend on what’s available in the kitchen on the day, but a pesto version is likely to feature.
EFS works with schools and communities in Edinburgh to help local people further develop their cooking skills, using seasonal Scottish ingredients.
The cookery workshop is free to anyone from Craigmillar or Niddrie.
It will be held at Edinburgh Food Social’s kitchen, at 47 Peffer Place.
