The ESPC Property Show podcast is back for season six. In the first of nine episodes, Paul Hilton, ESPC chief executive and podcast producer, Megan Milne, share insights into Edinburgh’s summer property market and what’s coming next.
Key highlights from this episode include summer market surprises (sales rose eight per cent in June and July); strong buyer demand (viewing requests and ESPC traffic surged in August); hotspots to watch; first-time buyer favourites; growth in confidence; and no crash ahead.
