ESPC launches free property events series for buyers, sellers and landlords

Scottish property portal, ESPC, is opening the doors of its new property lounge on

George Street to host a brand-new series of free, expert-led events designed to help buyers, sellers and landlords make confident property decisions.

The ESPC Property Lounge events will bring together solicitors, mortgage advisers, lettings experts and other property professionals to share advice, answer questions and provide one-to-one guidance in a relaxed setting.

The series includes monthly, informal drop-in events covering a range of property-related topics, from selling and downsizing to interior design, wills and power of attorney. These take place on Saturdays, between 12-3pm. The first one, 'Sip & See’, will be held on Saturday 30 August, providing guests with the chance to enjoy drinks and a chat with experts, and share ideas for future events.

Next, a first-time-buyer masterclass will be held on 4 September, at 6pm. Tailored for people taking their first step onto the property ladder, this event will feature advice from solicitors, mortgage advisers and property experts. Attendees will also receive a free goody bag and be entered into a prize draw to win a voucher towards furnishing their first home.

On 23 October, at 6pm, the topic of buy to let will be explored in a seminar, for aspiring or experienced landlords looking to grow their portfolio. It will cover everything from letting regulations to mortgage options, with guidance from ESPC Lettings specialists and partner solicitors.

All events are free to attend and designed to give attendees direct access to trusted experts, along with the opportunity to network and explore their property questions in a welcoming environment.

Head of member services at ESPC, Ash Mcinulty, said: “These events give people the

opportunity to ask questions, get expert guidance and make informed decisions about

buying, selling or letting their property. We want people to feel confident in their property journey.”

The events will take place at the new ESPC Property Lounge, 27 George Street, Edinburgh.
