Workshop for businesses: why buyers hesitate and how to remove the friction

Sponsored

On Thursday 16 April, buyer-behaviour and sales-process-design consultant, Gerry Forristal, is running his ‘trust triad’ workshop at Clockwise in Leith, from 10am-12.30.

The session, for founders of established businesses, focuses on why buyers hesitate and how businesses can redesign their sales processes to reduce buyer risk rather than increase sales pressure.

Gerry says: "Most founders struggle with sales because they're using techniques that trigger resistance rather than trust.

“This workshop shows them how to design sales conversations that work with buyer psychology, not against it. When you understand why buyers hesitate, you can remove the friction rather than push through it."

Gerry is also running the workshop in Edinburgh in June and in October this year. Dates for Glasgow and Belfast are to be confirmed.

The event costs £14.99 to attend. Light refreshments will be provided and Clockwise is offering attendees a free day pass to the venue.
