Family attraction, SuperPark, opens its first UK location, in Glasgow, on 27 August.
The new 30,000 ft² multi-activity, multi-generational, indoor park, based within Frasers Plus Braehead, enables parents to join in activities with their children.
SuperPark is part of a global indoor leisure and recreation concept founded in Finland in 2012.
Glasgow is its 29th park, joining others in Finland, the Middle East, Asia and Australia.
Most suitable for children aged three years and over, SuperPark Glasgow is different from traditional children’s play centres or trampoline parks, with sport, movement and family time coming together in three zones of play:
SuperPark Glasgow managing director, Jonathan Doherty, said: “We look forward to welcoming our first customers on 27 August.
“The park is an ‘activity wonderland’ for all ages, including parents, who can actively participate alongside their children.
“We have more than 30 interactive and inclusive activities inspired by football, gymnastics, dance and freestyle sports, among others. Everything at SuperPark is designed to get children, parents and teens, of all backgrounds and abilities, moving together in a fun and engaging way. We also have an in-house café, Scran+ Roadie, ready to feed and refresh visitors after play.”
Commenting on SuperPark’s slogan, “You Are Made To Move,” Jonathan said: “When you experience SuperPark you will see this vision come to life. We aim to have children moving, thinking and connecting, all at the same time.”
