Cocktails and fajitas at the Hard Rock Café, Edinburgh
This weekend is the last chance to try the Hard Rock Café’s limited-edition menu, available till 11 May.
The drinks list features three margaritas: the Baja California Blackberry, a combination of Patrón Silver tequila, triple sec and blackberry syrup, garnished with strawberries; the Mexico City Mango, which is sweet and spicy, thanks to sambal chili and mango purée; and the Cancún Orange Cadillac – a mix of Cointreau, orange juice and Grand Marnier.
All three are served in a 36oz glass and cost £17.25 each.
The food menu offers diners a choice of fajitas (grilled chicken and steak with charred corn, feta, pickled onions, guacamole and house-made cilantro lime crema, served with warm tortillas), for £19.95 or chips and queso (tortilla chips with cheese sauce, seasoned ground beef and green onions), for £11.95.
