Stirling Distillery gin and whisky at Radio 2 in the Park
Stirling Distillery has announced that its classic nettle gin and limited-edition pink gin, along with its Castle Rock whisky, will be served at the craft bar at Radio 2 in the Park this weekend at City Park, Stirling.
The distillery's nettle gin is made with nettles foraged from the slopes of Stirling Castle. ensuring its signature spirit is made from sustainably sourced, local ingredients.
The festival runs from Friday 11 to Sunday 13 September. Headliners include Simple Minds and Chaka Khan, alongside a main-stage line-up featuring Texas, Deacon Blue, Lulu, Level 42 and more.
The distillery offers daily gin and whisky tours, tastings and experiences, including its popular ‘gin school’, where visitors can step behind the scenes and create their own bespoke gin.
Festivalgoers can also enjoy a £5 ‘Bloody Scotland’ cocktail at the distillery throughout the weekend. Made with Stirling gin, blood-orange syrup, cranberry juice, lime juice and soda water, Bloody Scotland has been served at the distillery since it opened in 2019. A mocktail version, swapping the gin for extra blood-orange syrup and soda, is also available:
Stirling Distillery is also offering 20 per cent off its award-winning distillery experiences to Radio 2 in the Park wristband holders. Booking is required:
