Edinburgh homeowners are invited to discover how to plan a successful renovation with expert advice from local specialists.
The event, on Thursday 10 September at 6pm, takes place at the Caledonian Hotel, hosted by home designer, Sarah Maguire.
The evening will bring together a panel of experienced property professionals for an informative discussion designed to help homeowners approach renovations with greater confidence, clarity and inspiration.
As well as Sarah, the other specialists offering expert advice on the night will include Erin McGuire, director and architect at Hearth Architects and Sean McFadden and Steven Connell, directors at Connell & McFadden Property Development.
The event will provide practical advice on the key decisions homeowners need to make before starting work, helping them avoid common pitfalls and create spaces that work for modern life.
The panel will explore topics including how to plan a successful renovation; managing budgets and timelines; understanding planning and structural considerations; designing functional spaces; and avoiding mistakes that can lead to unnecessary stress or additional costs.
