Lannan bakery in Stockbridge is hosting a pop-up by award-winning pastry chef and author Philip Khoury, on Sunday 5 October.
The event coincides with the publication of Philip’s second book, Beyond Baking.
Plant-based bakes from the book will be available at the event from 9am till sell out, and include peanut butter chocolate chip cookies; Anzac cookies, pure pistachio tart, muscovado tart and pain au chocolat.
Guests will also be able to buy copies of the book, as well Philip’s limited-edition matcha and pistachio chocolate bars, which have been known to sell out within minutes.
Lannan was opened by Darcie Maher in Stockbridge in July 2023, has become renowned for her signature bakes, from classic viennoiserie to custard slices, pains suisses and cardamom buns, as well as limited-run creations using local and seasonal produce.
Philip was formerly head pastry chef at Harrods and is the founder of Khourys, a London-based, artisan-chocolate studio, crafting small-batch confections inspired by cities around the world.
