New qualifications for three of Gilson Gray’s property-sales team
Legal firm, Gilson Gray has announced that three of its property-sales team have gained a property qualification.
Nicola Geissler, property sales and marketing coordinator, as well as Jodie Brown and Abbie Curran, who are both sales negotiators, have gained SPC property practice certification. All three joined the firm two years ago.
Gilson Gray said that as a result of the qualification, Nicola, Jodie and Abbie had developed a wide range of skills in all aspects of estate agency. The course covered subjects such as marketing and branding; building construction; conveyancing; and ethics.
Ben Finnie, regional sales manager, Gilson Gray Property commented: “Achieving the SPC property practice certification is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team.
“It’s not just about passing the course, but about continuously pushing ourselves to grow, innovate and deliver the best for our clients. This accomplishment reinforces our commitment to excellence and sets the stage for even greater achievements and results for our clients.”
ESPC relaunched the property certification this year, following a successful first year in 2023. It reported in April that 40 delegates had already signed up for the course, which is run in conjunction with The Law Society of Scotland and the Edinburgh Conveyancers Forum.
