New law firm launches in Dundee

A boutique legal studio has launched in Dundee, founded by Campbell Clark and Kirk Dailly, who have an extensive track record of supporting innovative and ambitious businesses through mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investment transactions and commercial contracts.

The practice will support ambitious growth companies operating in sectors including technology and innovation; video games and interactive media; life sciences; and investment.

The company aims to support clients ranging from scale-ups to established multinational businesses operating at the cutting edge of technology, as well as the investors who back them.

Through executive and non-executive board roles and advisory positions, he has navigated the same governance, succession and stakeholder challenges his clients face, allowing him to gain perspective from both sides of the table.

Kirk is a corporate and commercial lawyer with over 20 years’ experience advising ambitious businesses and entrepreneurs across tech, video games and life sciences.
