New contract win for SCE Property Consultants

Edinburgh-based SCE Property Consultants (SCE) has won a new contract, to manage property at Shawfair Business Park in the city. 

The property the firm will manage is the Co-op store, which opened in December 2024. This follows SCE’s contract to manage common areas at the business park.   

The new instruction involves service-charge accounting; compliance; and contract and tenant management on behalf of the landlord.

Commenting on the firm’s new win, director, Clare Edgar said:

“This new instruction strengthens our already wide-ranging portfolio under management. It's also great to be involved at this early stage, which allows us to fully support our client as their development evolves.”

SCE launched in July 2024 and also manages properties in Aberdeen, Glasgow and Rotherham:
