MFMac expands public-sector legal offering through government commercial-agency reappointment

Law firm, Morton Fraser MacRoberts (MFMac) has been named as a supplier on the government commercial agency's (GCA’s) legal panel for public sector framework.

GCA is the UK's central commercial and procurement organisation. The framework enables public-sector organisations to procure legal services through a compliant, streamlined process, providing access to specialist legal advisers across a broad range of requirements.

MFMac has delivered legal services through the previous GCA public-sector frameworks since 2018, supporting organisations across central and local government, health and social care, housing and the wider public sector.

MFMac said that the reappointment significantly expands the firm's offering and reflects the continued growth and breadth of its public-sector practice, with appointments spanning full-service legal provision; litigation and disputes; major projects; public-private partnerships; and transport and rail.
