Leah Bryce wins Women in Legal and Property Award
Leah Bryce, founder of Leah Bryce Property Sourcing, has been named the winner of the Women in Legal and Property Award at the BWC Edinburgh Athena Awards 2025.
She said: “I’m incredibly honoured to receive this award. The recognition reflects not only my work but the support of my professional network and the trust of my clients.”
The awards, hosted by Business Women Connections (BWC), celebrate the achievements of women in business, across Edinburgh, Fife and East Lothian. The Women in Legal and Property Award recognises achievement, excellence and support for other women in the law and property professions. The ceremony took place at Edinburgh’s Ghillie Dhu, on 9 May.
Leah, who works with both domestic and international clients, launched her business just over 18 months ago: “The idea was born from recognising a clear gap in the market,” she explained:
“This insight inspired me to take the leap and establish my own property-sourcing consultancy, a decision that has proven to be the perfect fit.”
Leah added that international demand for her services is mostly from clients in the US, planning to relocate or return to Edinburgh. Others are searching for a second home in the capital. Currently, the most sought-after locations include Stockbridge, the New Town and East Lothian. Buyers are particularly drawn to period Victorian and Georgian properties, as well as renovation opportunities in prime areas of the city.
Reporting on her plans for the future, Leah said: “My objective is to be the number-one, trusted source for discerning buyers seeking the very best of Scottish property.”
