The inaugural Scottish Women’s Well-being Summit is taking place on Saturday 15 November, at the Old Course Hotel in St Andrews.

More than 200 women are expected to gather for the event, which will feature speeches from special guests such as Kate Muir, women’s-health campaigner and documentary maker; Lee Donald who recently scaled the summit of Mount Everest; Dr Heather Currie MBE, gynaecologist and founder of Menopause Matters; and Dr Jo Salter, the UK’s first female fighter-jet pilot.

Prices to attend the event start from £199 for a delegate day ticket, which grants access to the full event from 7am to 5:30pm. This includes access to all well-being activities, keynote speeches, workshops, networking opportunities and to the exhibitor and demonstration zone.

Delegates can also enjoy unlimited refreshments throughout the day, lunch in The Sands restaurant and will receive a personalised journal, along with a gift bag. Registration for the summit opens from 8.30 am, when early-morning wellness activities, such as sea-dipping at the West Sands and the outdoor sauna will be available.

A ‘virtual’ ticket at £75 is another option for those who may be unable to attend in person, but who don’t want to miss out on the speeches:

“As this exciting and seminal event nears, we want to make getting involved as easy and flexible as possible, including having a virtual option,” said summit organiser, Lesley Canis.

She added: “This is a premium event with an impressive line-up of speakers and sponsors

“Personally, I cannot wait to get into the room with the incredible women making this summit happen.”
