Property-marketing company, ESPC, has opened a new property ‘lounge’, at 27 George Street
ESPC, which opened its doors in 1971, has moved from its previous space, at 107 George Street to its new location.
It now offers a new experience for buyers, sellers and property investors who are looking for their next home in Edinburgh, the Lothians, Fife, Dumfries & Galloway and the Scottish Borders, offering complimentary advice from the ESPC team, along with coffee.
ESPC says that the new space represents “a new way for ESPC to connect with the community, offering support, insight and a little bit of luxury to those looking to take their next step in the property market.”
