INSUREPAIR® expands into Spain

Morningside-based INSUREPAIR®, which specialises in insurance repair and property reinstatement, has announced its expansion into Spain.

The business is now offering its services to support homeowners and property owners across Costa Cálida, Murcia and the Mar Menor.

INSUREPAIR®, which was founded in 2024, delivers its services through a team of 36 in Edinburgh and 12 in Spain. 

The firm said that the launch reflects growing demand from UK property owners requiring reliable and professionally managed repair services overseas, particularly in relation to insurance-related works.

The new operations in Spain will cover a full range of property repair and reinstatement services, including water and fire-damage repairs, general property works and ongoing maintenance.

Richard O’Donnell, founder and group managing director of INSUREPAIR®, commented:

“We’ve seen increasing demand from UK property owners in Spain who require a reliable and structured approach to managing repairs, particularly when dealing with insurance-related works.

“While there are many local contractors operating in the market, there is a clear need for a more coordinated, fully managed approach – particularly for property owners, brokers and managers overseeing assets remotely.”

He added: “Our focus is simple – to deliver the same standards, processes and level of service that underpin our work in Scotland.”

Richard also said that there are plans for further expansion in Spain, into the Costa Blanca and surrounding areas.
