On Friday 3 October, The Dome is partnering with The Secret Garden Distillery to celebrate International Scottish Gin Day.
The ‘Harvest Feast’, a three-course dinner, takes place at The Green Room at The Dome, starting at 7.30pm. Each dish is paired with a limited-edition cocktail, created in collaboration with The Secret Garden.
Dinner begins with heritage beetroot, with glazed goat’s cheese and an heirloom tomato salad. The main course is pan-seared Highland venison steak, with celeriac and potato puree, gin gel and textures of carrot, followed by a dessert of warm apple and rhubarb crumble with bramble-gin ice-cream.
The dinner costs £80 per person, and the dress code is smart/casual.
