Fitness in Minutes, the specialist EMS (electro-muscle stimulation) studio in Morningside has announced its transition from franchise model to an independent wellness centre, under the new ownership of wellness expert Kate Golozubtseva.
While its 20-minute EMS workouts remain at the core of the business, Fitness in Minutes plans to take a more personalised, holistic focus on long-term health and quality of life.
As part of this relaunch, Fitness in Minutes is also introducing new services such as pressotherapy, which uses air pressure to help with lymphatic drainage, improve circulation and reduce inflammation.
The studio reports seeing significant interest from clients seeking to manage medical conditions such as lymphoedema, as well as those interested in a non-invasive way to improve circulation and support long-term health.
Fitness in Minutes will continue to offer its 3D body scanning technology, which provides a comprehensive health check, measuring muscle mass and body-fat distribution, as well as hydration levels and metabolic rate. This service will now also be available as a standalone, mini health check.
Kate said: “The challenge of maintaining health in a time-poor world is one many of us face. Our mission at Fitness in Minutes is to ensure that every individual, from busy professionals to those seeking low-impact longevity, feels supported by the most advanced fitness science available today.”
