Fierce Beer begins four-week residency at Bonnie & Wild

Craft brewery, Fierce Beer, is launching a ‘craft-beer residency’ at Bonnie & Wild from Thursday 9 October.

The Fierce Beer team have collaborated with Bonnie & Wild chefs, to pair their nine beers with popular dishes from across the Bonnie & Wild marketplace.

Bonnie & Wild attracts 1500 guests daily, to its range of food offerings, from the likes of El Perro Negro, Chooks and Creel Caught.

The Fierce Beer residency follows August’s Thistly Cross pop-up cider bar at the marketplace, when its kitchens, such as Sri Lankan street-food specialist Kochchi, created cider-themed menu specials for guests.

Ryan Barrie, managing director of Bonnie & Wild, said: “This is another example of the brilliant collaborations we’re passionate about hosting, as we work to champion independent Scottish brands and give them a platform within Edinburgh city centre.

“Fierce’s craft-beer residency at our Dookit Bar is a superb way for this dynamic Scottish brewery to showcase their range of beers, while their pairing menu beautifully complements the diverse range of food available here.”
