Extension of Heritage Portfolio’s multi-million-pound contract with The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo

The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo and specialist events and catering company, Heritage Portfolio, have announced an extension of their multi-million-pound partnership for a further four years – continuing a relationship that has spanned over two decades.

As well as providing world-class hospitality throughout the Tattoo season, the team has been appointed as hospitality partner for The Cockburn – a brand-new event space in the heart of the Old Town. The venue, within the Tattoo’s head office, will host everything from intimate dinners to gala receptions for up to 90 guests.

During this year’s season, the Heritage Portfolio team served 763 four-course, fine-dining packages and over 4,000 reception covers (16,000 canapés); 122 afternoon teas; and behind the scenes, fuelled 900 performers with more than 11,000 portions of soup, 4,200 hot meals and 32,000 cups of tea and coffee,
