Eden Mill and COCO Chocolatier Valentine’s Day partnership
Independent distiller, Eden Mill and Edinburgh-based COCO Chocolatier, have launched a limited-edition bundle for Valentine’s Day.
The Love Gin & COCO Chocolatier bundle pairs a bottle of Eden Mill's Love Gin with a bar of salted-caramel milt chocolate.
Love Gin is made with raspberries and strawberries grown close to the Eden Mill distillery, while COCO Chocolatier sources its cocoa 'at origin'. All beans are harvested and processed in Colombia, before being shipped to the chocolatiers in Edinburgh to create their chocolate bars.

Calum Haggerty, founder of COCO Chocolatier, said: “Collaborating with Eden Mill felt like a natural fit. We share a love of making products properly, using the best ingredients we can find. Their Love Gin pairs well with our salted-caramel milk chocolate, and together we’ve created a Valentine’s gift that feels thoughtful, indulgent and genuinely unique.”
The Love Gin & COCO Chocolatier bundle is available to buy from Eden Mill online or at the Eden Mill distillery, for £34.
