Duck & Waffle Edinburgh launches the ‘Tequila Edit’

This week, Duck & Waffle Edinburgh is introducing the ‘Tequila Edit’ – a limited-edition menu of five tequila-based cocktails. A flight of three tequila cocktails is also available, for £25.

Alexander Winter, general manager of Duck & Waffle Edinburgh, says: “Our bartenders aren’t just mixing drinks – they’re telling stories. This new menu celebrates their creativity and offers our guests a fresh, unexpected take on a classic cocktail". 

The five cocktails include Main Character Marg (El Rayo tequila, Amaro Montenegro, Aperol, house pickle blend, chili and lemon juice); Matcha Better (El Rayo tequila, matcha agave, lime juice and strawberry foam); Coffee & Co (El Rayo tequila, cold-brew coffee, Planteray pineapple rum and coconut-pineapple cordial); Ginger Grass (El Rayo tequila, Cointreau, limoncello, agave, ginger, lemongrass and lemon juice); and Kiwi-Rita (El Rayo tequila, kiwi, agave and lime juice). 

Guests can enjoy the range of tequila cocktails all summer at Duck & Waffle’s terrace and bar, with its views of the city.

Walk-ins are welcome, but to avoid missing out, guests are encouraged to book in advance.
