Business mentor, career coach and consultant, Alice Nisbet, is co-hosting a workshop with business coach, Steve Reilly of Harrison & Hunter, at the Royal Scots Club on 18 February.

The workshop is for startups and early-stage small businesses or business owners seeking support with their strategy and goals in 2025.

Alice said: “Steve and I both work with small-business owners across Scotland and know that translating ambition into tangible action can be hard without a little help and structure.”

Alice and Steve will help attendees to define their purpose and values, to guide their business; create a strategic plan with goals and milestones; build their confidence to overcome challenges and seize opportunities; and will show how to develop daily habits that retain focus and motivation.

The session starts at 10am and runs through to 4pm. Tickets cost £197 for single ticket (£297 for a double ticket) and include a sandwich lunch and refreshments.

As a mentor with business-support platform, Digital Boost, Alice is also delivering a free webinar for new business owners, on building confidence, on 20 February, at 2pm.
