BTO has announced the promotion of Paul Greenhill to partner, within the firm’s real-estate team.
Paul, who is qualified in both Scots and English law, will continue to support clients on commercial-property matters across a range of sectors, including retail, entertainment, financial services, automotive, charity and the public sector.
His work spans tenant representation; investment acquisitions; and supporting lenders and borrowers in bank-security transactions, among other areas.
Grant Hunter, BTO’s managing partner said: "Paul’s promotion reflects his remarkable dedication and the outstanding service he provides to our clients. His dual qualification enhances our real-estate team’s ability to deliver seamless support to businesses operating throughout the UK."
Caroline Carr, the firm’s chair, added: “This promotion reinforces BTO’s ongoing commitment to nurturing our own talent and delivering outstanding legal support in the fast-paced real-estate sector.”
Paul commented: “I look forward to contributing to the continued growth of BTO’s real-estate team and supporting our clients with their evolving property needs across the UK."
BTO recently recruited three new solicitors across its Glasgow and Edinburgh offices, further strengthening the firm’s real-estate offering.
