Edinburgh Gin will open the doors to its new distillery, at the Arches, close to the Royal Mile, on Friday 6 December.
Four gin ‘experiences’ will be available and the new distillery will also have a bar, open to the public.
Edinburgh Gin will produce all of its gin at the new distillery, which has floor-to-ceiling windows, and a roof terrace, as well as the bar.
The distillery is also home to two bespoke copper stills, named Annie and Lina after two of the first female gardeners to work at Edinburgh's Royal Botanical Gardens, in 1897.
All of the energy for the distillery will be sourced from 100 per cent renewable electricity.
Finlay Nicol, distillery manager said: “This launch is a true milestone for the brand, representing our dedication to innovation and excellence in all things gin.”
Melissa Rickerby, brand homes manager Edinburgh Gin added “We’ve crafted unforgettable programmes for the new distillery which are as expertly curated as our spirits, so we can’t wait for visitors to experience them.
“These new experiences offer a deep dive into the intricate art and science of gin-making, led by passionate experts who bring every detail of our process to life, offering a truly immersive journey through the world of gin.”
The gin experiences include a tour and tasting (£28 per person); a gin and chocolate pairing (£35); a cocktail class (£50); and a gin-making event (£140).
