The Scottish Seabird Centre in North Berwick is offering an indoor ‘coastal birds for beginners’ talk, which focuses on the wild birds that can be seen in the area during winter. There’s also the possibility of taking a walk onto Milsey Bay Beach to do some birdwatching, if the weather is favourable.
Jess Thompson, marketing manager at the Scottish Seabird Centre said: “We’re delighted to be running these indoor coastal-bird ID sessions for beginners. It’s important that everyone can learn about and appreciate Scotland’s wildlife, no matter their level of experience or the weather conditions.”
The talk/walk runs from 7 December to 12 February, from 10.30am till noon and costs £7.50
