ESPC has announced the appointment of Louisa Raistrick, head of estate agency at

Coulters, as a non-executive director on its board. She will be the first non-solicitor ESPC estate agent to join the ESPC board

Her appointment is subject to ratification at the ESPC annual general meeting in November, with her term due to start on 1 January 2026.

Louisa brings over 20 years of experience in residential property within Edinburgh and Lothians, as well as extensive knowledge of property valuation, marketing, purchase negotiation and estate-agency software.

Her appointment marks an important step in strengthening collaboration between the solicitor and estate-agency sides of the business and reflects ESPC’s ongoing commitment to representing the full breadth of its membership.

Louisa said: “I’m absolutely delighted to be the first estate agent appointed to the ESPC board. I’m looking forward to working with the board and wider team to help support ESPC’s future direction and success.”

ESPC chief executive, Paul Hilton, added: “Louisa brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the local property market, along with a strong focus on innovation and client care. Her insights will be invaluable as ESPC continues to evolve and champion excellence across the solicitor estate agency network.”

Louisa’s appointment further strengthens ESPC’s commitment to ensuring that its leadership reflects the expertise, professionalism and diversity of its member firms across Edinburgh, the Lothians, Fife and the Borders.
