LinkedIn-strategy specialist celebrates fourth anniversary
Dario Valente, founder of IAD Marketing, is celebrating the fourth anniversary of a momentous decision.
He came up with the idea for his business in December 2020 and started it up just a few months later, in February 2021.
Since then, his services have attracted more than 40 clients, across the UK, US, Spain and Italy, mainly in the construction, engineering, telecommunications, retail and hospitality sectors.
Before starting the business, he had gained many years’ experience in sales, business development, marketing and account management. But then he saw an opportunity to apply his expertise in a different way, as he explains:
"I launched IAD Marketing with the vision of helping people improve their LinkedIn activity, to build genuine connections and business growth.”
He adds: “The business has exceeded my expectations.”
His services include LinkedIn content creation and community building; personal branding; ghostwriting; and strategic LinkedIn management.

Dario also reveals some tips for businesses keen to achieve their LinkedIn goals:
“Consistency is key. Post regularly, engage with your network authentically and focus on delivering value through your content.”
Looking ahead to 2025, Dario reports that he plans to expand his services to include LinkedIn-training workshops.
