A new, online magazine for and about businesses of all sizes, in Edinburgh and beyond

Accountancy firm, Henderson Loggie, has announced a move to larger premises in Edinburgh, after six years in Thistle Street.
Its new Edinburgh base is The Stamp Office building at 10-14 Waterloo Place, which the firm said would provide more space to accommodate recent growth, as well as for planned further expansion.
The new premises, at the east end of Princes Street, close to Waverley Station, were upgraded last year with a focus on employee wellness and sustainability, Henderson Loggie reported. It also said that, at 7,500 sq. ft., the new offices are almost 3,000 sq. ft larger than the Thistle Street location, and include a space for training, seminars and events.
Commenting on the move, Henderson Loggie’s chair, Shona Campbell explained: “Our workforce in Edinburgh has more than doubled since 2018 and we plan for further growth.
“Our relocation to the Stamp Office marks a significant milestone for Henderson Loggie and positions us perfectly for the future. The enhanced facilities will support our long-term vision and our efforts to continue providing exceptional service, while expanding our footprint in the central belt.’
“Choosing another city-centre location means we stay as accessible as ever, for our people, our clients and for the wider business community. The move is also in line with our sustainability goals, as the building’s energy performance is rated EPC A.”
The firm, which was founded in Dundee in 1909, now has more than 190 partners and staff, across four offices.
Its Edinburgh office provides audit; accountancy and business advisory; tax; payroll, financial planning; business recovery and insolvency; forensic accounting; and corporate-finance services.
